100% Money-Back Guarantee. If your wellness letter is not delivered, or if there is a technical error that prevents you from receiving your document, you are eligible for a full refund. If your letter is rejected by your employer, school, or institution, you may also request a refund within 7 days of delivery by providing documentation of the rejection.

Other Refund Scenarios. If you were charged multiple times due to a technical issue, we will refund any duplicate charges. If you did not receive your letter within the promised delivery time and our support team cannot resolve the issue, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds are not available for issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information you provided during the order process.

Requesting a Refund. To request a refund, please contact us at support@medpointonline.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We aim to process refund requests within 2–3 business days.

Payment Processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
